Umrah Connect operates exclusively as a digital bridge and information aggregator. We do not provide travel services, nor do we employ the agents listed on our platform.
1. ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER: We are NOT liable for any financial losses, fraud, scams, or misconduct perpetrated by any travel agent found on this platform.
2. OVERCHARGES: Any charges beyond the listed price are a matter between you and the agent. We do not participate in, nor are we responsible for, any extra financial demands.
3. SERVICE FAILURE: If an agent fails to provide the promised hotels, transport, or visas, your legal recourse is against the agent directly, not Umrah Connect.
Legal Indemnity:
By using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold Umrah Connect harmless against any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your interactions with third-party agents.
While we perform a baseline verification (License, CNIC, and Office), it is your **personal responsibility** to perform your own due diligence before making any payment. We strongly advise visiting the agent's physical office and verifying all documents in person.
Umrah Connect does not process payments for packages. All financial transactions occur directly between the User and the Agent. We do not store financial credentials nor do we take any percentage or commission from your payment to the agent.
